Die gastgebenden Kirchen der Vollversammlung geben den Delegierten die Möglichkeit, das Leben – Freud und Leid – in Rumänien kennenzulernen. Das geschieht vor allem am Sonntag, dem 1. September, wenn alle Teilnehmenden Gäste unterschiedlicher Kirchengemeinden der Region sein werden. Am Montag (2. September), werden sodann Informationsreisen zu Land und Leute angeboten werden.
Am Sonntag werden die Teilnehmen in Gruppen von maximal 20 Personen auf zwölf Gemeinden und Gottesdienste aufgeteilt. Die Unitarische Kirche lädt nach Medgyes (Mediaș) ein. Die Reformierte Kirche lädt nach Vizakna (Ocna Sibiului), Nagyszeben (Sibiu) und Bürkös (Bîrghiș) zum Gottesdienst. Die Evangelisch-Lutherische Kirche öffnet Ihre Tore und Herzen in Kiskapus (Copșa Mică) und Halmagy (Hălmeag). All diese Gemeinden sind ungarischsprachig, aber es wird auch Englisch und Deutsch gesprochen. Auf Rumänisch findet der Gottesdienst in der Methodistischen Gemeinde von Sibiu statt, wo auch Englisch gesprochen wird. In Deutschsprachige Gemeinden der Evangelischen Kirche A.B. in Rumänien wird nach Hermannstadt (Sibiu), Neppendorf (Turnișor), Grossau (Cristian), Heltau (Cisnădie) und Michelsberg (Cisnădioara) geladen. Englisch ist auch hier Zweitsprache.
Die GEKE freut sich andererseits auch darüber, wenn Gemeindeglieder der Region das Plenum als Tagesbesucher verfolgen und an den öffentlichen Abendmahlsgottesdiensten und Morgenandachten in der Reformierten Kirche teilnehmen.

The host churches of the Assembly will give the delegates the opportunity to get to know life – joys and sorrows – in Romania. This will primarily take place on Sunday, 1 September, when all participants will be guests of various church congregations in the region. On Monday (2 September), informational tours about the country and its people will also be offered.
On Sunday, the participants will be divided into groups of a maximum of 20 people across twelve congregations and services. The Unitarian Church invites participants to Medgyes (Mediaș). The Reformed Church invites the delegates to worship in Vizakna (Ocna Sibiului), Nagyszeben (Sibiu) and Bürkös (Bîrghiș). The Evangelical Lutheran Church opens its doors and hearts in Kiskapus (Copșa Mică) and Halmagy (Hălmeag). All these congregations are Hungarian-speaking, but English and German are also spoken. Romanian services are held in the Methodist congregation in Sibiu, where English is the second language. On the other hand, the CPCE warmly welcomes members of the region’s congregations that plan to attend the plenary session as daily visitors and take part in the public services with Lord`s Supper and the morning prayers in the Reformed church.
